Change Interest Rate

The Change Interest Rate function allows you change the interest rate of a selected invoice. The change will only apply to the selected bill and must be done before any payments are posted. Also, the interest rate on liened accounts cannot be edited.

 

To Change the Interest Rate, using the Receivables Data Access tab, search and select the invoice you wish to change the rate on. From the main menu select Edit Invoice | Change Interest Rate. The Change Interest Rate dialog box displays with the current interest rate. Enter the new rate into the text box and select OK to finalize the process.
